Fellow SA members, please help! RE: Certified Letter

Received a "Sorry we missed you" from the Post Office today. Attempted to deliver a certified letter from "Fulfillment Department". I have never received anything regarding a prize come by certified letter before. Does anyone have any ideas?? Because of the holiday weekend I can not pick it up from the Post Office now until Tuesday, making myself crazy wondering what it is! Any help would be much appreciated!

Some companies will send just about any prize by certified mail. It could also just be an affidavit for you to fill out to prove eligibilty. Congratulations and don't for get to tell us what it was!

Sounds like it could be an affidavit! Of course those are time sensitive, and I would get to the PO first thing Tuesday morning. Congrats!
 
Are you waiting for any gift card wins to come in the mail? I have gotten certified letters many times for gift cards that I have won. All the affys that I've had either come from UPS or FedEx because they usually overnight them but some company may use the post office to send one. Hope its a surprise win! You will have to let use know what the letter ends up being.
 
I also have received lots of gift cards by certifed mail. Lastest one was from Fulfillment Department and was a Pepsi Spa gift card.

Every certified letter I have received has contained a gift card or check for $100 or more. Sounds like you have a very nice prize waiting for you! Congrats and let us know what it is!
 
The only time I ever received a gift card was when I won $1,000 from Cosmo magazine. Sounds like something good! Congrats!
 
kelllly65 - Here's where you hope for the best, but expect less - it IS fun to dream but if it turns out to be a gc from a promo you already knew you won, it could be a big let down!

Here's hoping it is a surprise biggie!!!
 
Thank you to everyone who replied!! Much appreciated. The only gift card I am expecting is a $25 Target from "Build New", Grammywolf got hers yesterday and it Didn't come certified, so I don't think that is it. Now if I can just wait until Tues. without driving myself crazy wondering what it is, I will be all set!! :) I will certainly post what it is when I find out, Thanks Again to all my fellow SA members, I knew I could count on you all for help and information.

I was afraid of that! Same thing happened to me years ago, now I don't even give it a thought & just wait & see!!!
 
amyshulk you were right!! I did take your advice and pretty much put it out of my mind for the weekend, I had a feeling too that it wasn't something big. I was expecting that gift card but was told by another member that hers didn't come by certified mail. Oh well, thanks again for your help!

TY for not killing the messenger, lol!!!

Look at it this way - when you do get a surprise biggie {have faith, enter consistently, and it WILL happen someday} , it will be a TOTAL shock {in a good way} and your memories won't be "did I/didn't I???" over and over for days!!! :cool:
