I won the electric scooter & helmet a year ago from Reese's instant win where you click on a prize to see if you win. The game ended in October & I hadn't received it yet so I mailed a letter to them last week. Today I got an email from eprize with a gift code of $180 to cbssportsline. Nice cause I'm going to get a tricycle there for my daughter. Helps I guess to write the sponsor. I wrote 2 other companies last week on items won but not received hope I hear back from them.

That's wierd. The same thing happened to me with the same prize from Reese's but you are more patient than I. I won in Feb 07 and by June had received nothing so I contacted them. Got two nice replys that the prize was coming within 10 days and then nothing. Finally after my third time contacting them I got the $180 gift code. My daughter is 7 so after looking at the size of the scooter we were supposed to receive and reading it was for age 10+ I opted for one size smaller. Was able to get the scooter and an NFL jacket for my husband and only had to shell out a couple bucks. As usual I got nothing out of the deal but the smile on my daughter's face was enough. She loves that scooter and is actually pretty good at it. Sometimes I guess the wait is worth it. AND yes it does pay to contact the company. If it is a bigger company (like General Mills) they are more than likely to make good on your win at least that has been my experience.
