it is a very small pedometer that wirelessly will download all your daily data into cool looking reports. you can easily track calories in and out. i found it very accurate and cool. there is a tie-in to a smart phone but since i dont currently have a smartphone, i am not familiar with how that feature works. you will love the fitbit. it doesnt look like much because of its size, but it is a very neat toy! i am always trying to win me one.
