Florida Law

Hello! This is my first time posting and am excited to say that I was notified today that I am a potential grand prize winner for the Dew Dollar General Sweepstakes to Bristol, TN.
I thought we would be able to go, but at this point may not be able to. I have heard that as I am a resident of FL, they have a certain statute/law that requires the sponsor to allow a choice between the prize itself or a cash prize for the value (or smaller). I tried to look through the forums and the internet, but was unable to locate anything. Perhaps someone could assist or direct me to where I may be able to find the statute? Or maybe I am completely incorrect, which is possible!

The actual rules state "Except as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of
prize to a third party is permitted, and prize may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Sponsor)" So, it could be just at the sole discretion of Sponsor, but if there is a statute for FL, I would like to locate it so I can include that when asking for the cash value and support my position (if I qualify, of course).

Thank you so much for any assistance you can provide and am uber excited either way! If not...will try to find a way to go, don't want to give it up!!
