My granddaughter recently signed on to GMX.com for eail use. It seems that any emails that are sent to her is being blocked. She's subscribed to newsletters, etc. and never receives them, even when she marks it as safe. There is no way to contact them. Has anyone ever had experience with them? Of course, the fear is that she may be losing out on prize notifications. Are there any other email sites out there that you may know of is more reliable that she can use? She uses my computer. I don't know if this can be causing a problem. Thank you.
