Congrats! I also live in Missouri. Streets are like a sheet of ice tonight. Keep on sweeping and go look up what you can buy those tires for. Chances are, the value is inflated (no pun intended lol!) and you only need to pay tax on fair market value! Just a little tax tip from someone that has paid a lot of taxes on winnings!! May 2014 be a great year of winnings!!
