Introduction: The Game Show Network “Daily Draw” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on or about February 22, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 17, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of a series of independent drawings. Beginning Friday, February 22, 2019, a random drawing (each, a "Daily Drawing”) will be conducted on each day, Monday through Friday to select one (1) daily prize winner (each, a “Daily Winner”). The Daily Winner will have the chance to win a daily prize (“Daily Prize”) ranging from $100 to $500 based on the GSN Spin to Win Wheel (as set forth more fully below). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”) will be conducted to select one (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries received for each Daily Drawing throughout the Promotion Period, as set forth more fully below. The first Daily Drawing will take place on February 25, 2018. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on or about May 20, 2019. Game Show Network, LLC (“Sponsor”), reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to end the Promotion Period before May 17, 2019. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, located at 2150 Colorado Avenue, Suite 100, Santa Monica, California 90404, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
During the Promotion Period, Game Show Network will telecast a “Code Word” twenty-two (22) times on the half-hour on the bottom of the screen or in a promo, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. ET and 12:00 p.m ET, 1:00 p.m. ET and 4:00 p.m. ET, and 8:00 p.m. ET and 1:59 a.m. ET (each, a “Code Word Airing”). There will be one (1) Code Word each day, beginning on February 22, 2019, thereafter the Code Word will air Monday through Friday, for a total of five (5) Code Words per week. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, change or modify Code Word Airings and/or the Promotion or any portion(s) thereof in its sole discretion. In the event a Code Word Airing is cancelled, the applicable Daily Drawing will also be cancelled and any prizes corresponding to the unaired Code Word(s) will not be awarded.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who are registered GSNTV.com members at the time of entry. To become a registered GSNTV.com member (registration is free), go to

Those persons who are involved with the development, production or distribution of the Promotion, along with the officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., AT&T, DIRECTV and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates, (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively as the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members of and those living in the same household (whether related or not) as any of the individuals in the preceding categories, and any person whose access to

www.WorldWinner.com has been terminated or suspended, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. This Promotion is void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
(a) Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, watch the Code Word Airing to obtain a Code Word. Once you have obtained a Code Word, visit
www.gsntv.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to submit the Code Word and complete the entry form for the Promotion. Once you have submitted the Code Word, you will receive one (1) entry into the next available Daily Drawing, next available Bonus Drawing (if any), and the Grand Prize Drawing. Each Daily Drawing will take place at 1:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday during the Promotion Period. Entry for each Daily Drawing will close at 12:59 p.m. ET, each day, Monday through Friday, during the Promotion Period.
The Website’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion. All required information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
(b) Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter via mail (a "Mail-In Entry"), hand print in ink on a 4 x 6 postcard the name of the Promotion (“Game Show Network Daily Draw Sweepstakes”), one (1) Code Word that was seen on TV, your full name, home address and zip code, home telephone number and area code, email address (if available). Limit one (1) Code Word per Mail-In Entry. All entry information must be completed in full. Mail your completed postcard to: Game Show Network Daily Draw Sweepstakes, 2150 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90403. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no liability for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Limit (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Once your Mail-In Entry is received, you will receive one (1) entry into the next available Daily Drawing, next available Bonus Drawing (if any), and the Grand Prize Drawing. Mail-In Entries must be received by Friday, May 17, 2019 to be included in the Grand Prize Drawing. (c) Text Message Method of Entry: To enter via text message (a “Text Message Entry”) watch for the Code Word Airing to obtain a Code Word. Once you have obtained a Code Word, text the Code Word from your mobile phone to the unique 5 digit number 31996. Once your Text Message Entry is received, you will receive a text response message stating that you will receive one (1) entry into the next available Daily Drawing. Limit one (1) Text Message Entry per person per Code Word. Text messaging method of entry requires a phone and a digital service capable of two-way messaging. Text messaging may not be available in all areas in the U.S. Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received by the mobile phone. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in the Promotion. Entrants should consult their wireless provider’s pricing plans. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Text Message Entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the mobile phone number by the organization that is responsible for assigning the mobile phone number. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Limit (1) entry per person per Code Word. Non-winning entries from each Daily Drawing will roll over into the next applicable Daily Drawing and Bonus Drawing. All entries (regardless of method of entry) will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
