Julie Hadden from the biggest loser season 4.
My mom is in this weight loss program through the county for teachers. And they had a Guest speaker tonight. Well my mom invited me. I have been in such a depressed mood this past week. Seems like nothing has been going good. Well I went. And she was talking about her life before the biggest loser, and it totally seemed just like me. Well I started crying. LOL i'm such a cry baby. She said that she was just like me. Would cry on the drop of a hat. Well anyways she continued to talk about biggest loser. I found out some interesting stuff about it. And then they wanted to take pictures. Well she came up to me, and said for me to wait around she wanted to talk to me. So I did. After alot of people had left, she came up and hugged me. And we talked. She said she was like me, and felt like she wasn't worth anything. And thats why she couldn't stick with losing the weight. And she finally just had to realize it. And do something about it. She told me one time she was working out, and Julianne, (the trainer) told her to leave the gym, and come back when she knew why she was here. It really helped me talking to her. She was so nice, and had alot of advice. I'm glad I talked to her, cause I am starting to feel better, and digging myself out of my "dark" hole I had buried myself in.

Well she also said the reason they lose weight so fast is because they work out like 6 hours a day. And the trainers make a list of the foods they can have, and then they tell the people what they want. But the contenstants have to prepare thier food. But they get tips from trainers, etc.
Also I think this is so cool. Right now , Kelly from this season of biggest loser is in Jacksonville (where im from) staying with Julie, and Julie is helping her get ready for the Finale!!!! That is so cool. I hope one of the girls win. I dont like those men, they are annoying.
Well just thought I would share that with you. It was pretty cool meeting her. Shes just an ordinary person, but got a lucky chance at being on tv, and stuff.
