Has anyone else received damaged garbage bowls from Rachael Ray IW??

I won this and mine arrived fine, but two friends of mine who also won them have received damaged ones. One received hers in pieces, and the other friend received one with a crack in it. They didn't put any wrapping of any kind around the bowls - they were just placed in the box. I found the contact info for my friends and they are going to email Nabisco. Just curious if anyone else had this happen?
 
Rec'd mine and it was not damaged :)...Which is a surprise as you are correct...no type of insulating packing what-so-ever!!! :scratch:
 
Yes, mine was cracked. I plan on using ot for compost scarps anyways so NBD.
I won two and will contact them if the other is cracked.
