Hey, I got an email from Share and Tell. I won an Amazon 100.00 gift card. They want an electronic signature and ss# for the affy. They also want a copy of my drivers license faxed to them to confirm age. Is it just me or does that seem a little risky sending all that info? I already sent the ss #. I don't want to send them my drivers license copy unless I can black out the number. Has anyone else every had to do this to claim a prize w/these people? Thanks

This is for the OBERTO, right? Since there are some really big prizes, perhaps that form is for those, and they just use it for all prizes?
I'd ask them what they *really* need for the prize, and then if they say yes, we *really* need it all, decide if the trade off is worth it or not.

Thanks for the info. I did contact them via email. And it was ok to black out DL#. I still don't know which sweeps it was from..lol. It was listed on the share and tell manage your prizes just like Oberto jerkey, but it said it was from CloudFlare...Hey, I'm totally happy with whatever comes my way...thanks :headbang:

I realized later I had the wrong sweeps :crazytongue:
But yes, same applies - always contact the JA/sponsor JIC they use one form for GP on down.
