Heartland Contests

I have been entering the Heartland contests for a while now with no luck and I haven't seen any postings that anyone here has won. I noticed today that all their posted winners come from major cities. I find that a bit odd. Does anybody have any thoughts on this? :scratch:

the only recorded win here was back in 2007:

I've seen the one here posted a couple of years ago and some wins posted elsewhere, but they aren't all major cities listed.
