Where is everyone today? I went through and marked everything read and was waiting on someone to post something, but obviously aliens have invaded and taken everyone away :cry:

What is everyone doing? It is to cold here to do anything...we had snowflurries this morning...I want my sunshine back!!

I'm having a pity party today. The weekend is almost over. I love the weekends and hate the work weeks.

:sunny: It was a beautiful summerlike weekend here. Sunny highs in the 70's. Just take it easy now that our guest went home.
 
It was cold and gloomy here. perfect day to not get off the couch. I was a couch potato :popcorn:
I watched movies all day.

Reign of fire~ christian bale, Gerard Butler, and Matthew McConaughey. :) :) :) cant go wrong there.
The descent~ I really like this movie. Watch it alot. Very bloody.
Lucky number Slevin~ one of my all time Fav movies. Top 5 for sure. It has some of the best lines in it. one of my fav quotes.

"This was my son. Notice how I said was? That's because he's dead. Relegated to the past tense. Went from an is to a was before he had his breakfast."

If you havent seen it you should check it out. I know it has one of the worse titles for a movie but its soooo good.

other than that didnt do anything. yes, I was a total bum today.

:nono: It was 78 here on Saturday! I was actually too hot. A little cooler today. It is supposed to return to the 70's later this week. :sunny:
 
Cold here today. Having a tough time enjoying SA today because, of excessive pop ups for some reason. I am not getting them anywhere else so I don't understand what is going on.
 
We were away at the Mohegan Sun casino for the weekend in Uncasville, CT. It hasn't gotten out of the 50's yet in this area.
 
Cold and rainy all weekend. It must have been an SA thing(for the most part) to spend the weekend watching movies cuz that's what we did. Watched 300, Joe Dirt, Napolean Dynamite, Gladiator, the movie with Matthew McConaughhey and Sarah Jessica Parker, Beverly Hills Ninja, Deuce Biggalow, and played 15 games of CandyLand with our youngest.

I haven't been on this thing since Friday, but it was nice spending the whole weekend with the fam doing absolutely nothing :love:
 
Getting ready for a freeze here tonight...had to bring in all my plants off the porch ~ I probably should have just left them out and let them die a quick death instead of trying to keep them alive and killing them slowly over the summer!! Poor plants don't stand a chance :laughing:
 
Aww!! Another plant killer :laughing: I need one of those watering gadgets that keep me from drowning them. That must be why my MIL hates me. She gave me some plant she had hacked off from her dad's favorite plant before he passed on. To my defense I told her I suck so bad I was barely keeping her grandkids alive :laughing: I think I killed that plant in 3 days flat. It must have just gave up, knowing what it was in for.

Woke up to frost! Talk about a motivational killer!
 
Jimmie keeps on asking me how come I don't plant flowers like "most women" to which I always reply that he can go find him a "most women" to marry! Makes me so mad!!! I've been married to him for 16 years and I haven't planted a flower yet, why the heck does he think I am going to start now...

I was suppose to be up at 6:00 this morning...Caitlyn came in and woke me up at 7:30 ~ oopsie! Needless to say Ashelyn was late for school. Was running around like a chicken with my head cut off and stepped on a piece of glass ~ didn't have time to stop and try to fish it out of my foot so I was walking around trying not to step on that side of my foot ~lol! Since I was running late, I went by McDonald's while I was out to get Jimmie some breakfast, went to turn in the driveway and his Coke Sweepstakes flipped out of the cup holder and into the floor of his truck(since my van is down and out!!!)and went everywhere :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing:

Needless to say it has been a REALLY REALLY bad morning ~ my allergies have gone wild and my head is still killing me...someone come and put me out of my misery pretty please!

I was wondering if maybe I was having some sesitivity to the weather and what Spring awakens. My left nostril has been stuffy for 4 days and I still have a slight headache.
 
I was at the nail shop with daughter getting manicures and pedicures, then off to walmart for some summer clothes & sandals for her. It was soooooo hot on Sunday 86 here in Cali... Stayed off the PC for most of the day..... and took a longgggggg well deserved nap......

Champ didn't you get the memo, you are not allowed to leave the computer. I miss you too much. lol.

Manis and pedis sound great. We did that like a month ago. And its already time for me to go back. I walk barefeet alot (cause its fl thats what you do) well anyways I got calluses on my feet. So I guess I should go back.
