Help! Chevy gift exchange question- have not received email

Did anyone else win the Chevy gift exchange? I was lucky enough to win a $25 amazon code but have yet to receive any confirmation email. This is my first decent sized instant win-- and I did not take a screen shot of the instant win screen. So dumb. Has anyone else received their prize in this contest? Maybe it is still coming. However, I feel like I remember reading it saying that you would receive your code email in a week or so. I won this before Christmas.

Hi. I won a 1 year Netflix subscription, I never received an email. Mine too, said I would be contacted within 7 days or so. I was just thinking the same thing last week. Anyone else win and not got anything? Thanks.
 
I'm not even sure there is anyone we can contact. I will do some research and try to find out to let you know. So far, I have been out of luck.
 
I won a years subscription to Netflix on this sweeps. Had not heard anything so I emailed eprize and this is the answer I got: Thank you for your email. Your prize will be sent via email as a digital prize! You can expect to receive your prize in late February- early March. Hope this helps
