So I have a few issues on top of being excited for my largest win to date, one is will this hotel voucher cover my wife or is it just for me ? I've read the rules but I am unclear. I did call Orbitz who told me to call the hotel, my issue with that is although this place has good reviews I see they do try hard to upsell people when they check in I am a little scared they say " Sure no problem your voucher is good for both of you " only to make a trip to Mexico and then being told another story.
I e-mailed and called Eprize no response yet it's only been about 18 hours since I won the prize but as you can see I am a bit limited on time here as well as this must be mailed to them within 5 days. I would love to exchange this but Orbitz had no idea of anything of that nature I did try to get ahold of their corporate branch but wasn't able to do so though their phone system.
So I have a nice prize AVR of $1080 which I am unsure about if it will extend to my wife or would be just for myself, I would have to pay the airfare and get a passport as well to make it down to Cancun. I would love to hear your ideas on what to do from here if it's worth getting the prize and filling out the paperwork or if you would pass on taking it with so much being unclear about the prize, I feel like I'm not finding a way to get someone on the phone that can help.
