Had to reset my computer systems and as a result lost some SA settings and I don't remember how to fix, can you please help me?

1) How to multiple sweeps to launch
2) how to keep me logged in - currently have to log in and out each time I go on the website, even if only couple hours later.

Thank you,

Lost some SA settings? Hmmm, not sure what that means, so forgive me if my answer is too obvious or missing the point....

1) How to multiple sweeps to launch

---Do you mean Sweeps Pop? (sorry if I misunderstood your question)
You should still see "Sweeps Pop" at the top of your sweeps list. Just mouse over it, and you will get the box where you can click on Enable SweepsPop Boxes, then Check All SweepsPop, then Launch SweepePop.

2) how to keep me logged in - currently have to log in and out each time I go on the website, even if only couple hours later

---I wish I knew, I get logged out often nowadays too. For the forum, there is a small Remember Me which you can check, but for the regular site, I don't see anything.

Hi Amy,

I can now launch all my sweeps but must still sign-out and sign-in all the time. If I need to accept SA pop-ups to make it work, I cannot find where that setting is, can you please help again.

Thanks,

Thank you for forwarding it on. I know it's a simple fix, It's happened with updates in the past and something simple was done so that I always stayed logged in.
