I have been under confidentiality agreement until yesterday but have been dying to share the news. I was 1 of 10 grand prize winners selected in the Hilton 2012 To-Do list sweepstakes. I have been a police officer in California for twenty years and have always wanted to fly to Washington DC to see the Peace Officer Memorial Wall that bears the names of every American police officer killed in the line of duty. It is a solemn reminder of the sacrifices that police officers make in every community. The trip includes airfair and hotel accomodations, a flip camera to record our trip,as well as $2,000 in spending money. We have decided to use the spending money to extend our trip and go to New York as well! Hilton even agreed to cover our return flight home from New York. Hilton representatives have been great to work with and I am greatful to Hilton and SA for this huge win! This is my first big trip win and my biggest win so far.
