Call that number on the letter that you got, and they will activate it for you (then check online and mine both showed up as $25 each instead of $20!) and then you just use them anywhere they take Mastercard.. online or in person.. but you usually can't use them at gas pumps, you'll have to take them in and have them swipe it inside.
