Husband cannot log in

Hi,

My husband cannot log-in to SA, can you help us? It has been a while since he last logged in.
We have the User Name but every version we think his password is, is rejected. We emailed twice for Forgot Password but the email to reset never came.
He tried re-registering but when he provides an email address, it says it is already on file.

I'm asking for him now because he can't log in to Forum for help. What should he try next?
