Fed ex came! inside the envelope was an affy & publicity release to return. The congratulations letter congratulated me on being picked as the grand prize winner of $50,000.00! Yes, $50,000.00 freaking dollars!!!I read that 1st paragraph 2 dozen times before I could comprehend that I actually won! I called the phone number provided and the nice woman confirmed it. I don't know if I can say who sponsored the sweep...I've seen posts where they don't include that info. I guess I can say that this IW/sweep ended 2-5(i believe) and the sponsor everyone has heard of and probably has their products in the kitchen right now!I am so happy. The amazing thing is this grand prize money supposed to be used to redo your family room, and exactly 1 week ago we started remodeling ours! Everything...walls,floors,stairway,furniture...everything!!So, I can honestly say the money is going where its intended!(now we can just buy higher end stuff) :) I've been dying to tell everyone here! I know I love hearing of our members winning big! it gives you motivation to keep on entering! BTW Ive been sweeping for like 2 yrs. I have never won anything big (the biggest was a 150.00 GC) so this is a dream come true! Thank you SA!

$50,000?!?!? That's more than I paid for my house! Really! Of coarse, that was 28 years ago.

That is great! :sunny:-and so good that it came at the right time for you. If you use the sponsors products in your remodel do send them some pics :) Its nice for the sponsors to get a positive view of sweepers as people who really use their products. That way maybe they will have another promotion and I can win :laughing:

P.S Remember you will get a 1099 form to file with next years taxes. It's the same as earning $50,000.00
that you have not paid Fed. or State taxes on. Be sure to put plenty of money aside to cover this win. Also you may want to consult a tax advisor. You may be able to invest invest an IRA account or other things so you won't have to pay as much taxes on your HUGE win!
