You are lucky to win, as the sweep ends today and only a handful of people posted wins. I looked up the rules for the instant win and it says that, after you fill out the onscreen info, you will be notified "later" and have 3 days from the date of that notification to reply.
I was curious, so I looked up the prizes too:

SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize winner will receive $500 (five hundred dollars).
