I get to leave for nyc next tues, 
The contact I spoke with said I would get a fedex about a week before we leave with all the details. It will have the res. Number for the flights ( I already have them anyway) but the hotel will just be under my name, no confirmation number. I called the hotel to ask a ? Last week, and they did not have my name on file. I know there are others that won this same trip (through Pepsi) so is it possible they just have a block of rooms and havn't assigned names yet, or does this warrent a call? I dont want to bother her, but I also dont want to get there and have a hassle trying to get everything straightned out, kwim? Im sure I am overthinking it, but... that's just me Dont know how these things work.
