yeah!! I love this time of year.
 
Jimmie said we had a winter weather advisory out for tonight also ~ I couldn't believe it! This weekend the temps are suppose to be up in the mid 60's unless they have changed the forecast!
 
I would love to see snow here in MS. But this weekend's weather is going to be in the 70's. So doesn't look as if snow will be in the forecast anytime soon here. :laughing:
 
We're just getting teased with it right now; but we're on the east end of Long Island surrounded by water, and can get hit harder by a nor'easter than anywhere inland. Those can be massive storms--sometimes blizzards; but we haven't had a good one in awhile! :scratch:
 
Snow falling in Willamette Valley, Oregon at midday Dec 9! Kinda wimpy, though--more like dandruff from heaven. :crazytongue:
 
we are under a ice storm warning now. :cry: no more snow. I hate ice storms. last year was bad. without power for 4 days. the sound of limbs breaking off of trees is a awful sound. It about drove me crazy.

That happened to us when I lived in PA. Three days without power and huddled around the fireplace!!
 
An ice storm would be fine send it to me. Eventually it will melt and become water.... :sunny:We have a generator. And we're used to having no power, no phone (as Cin can tell you the phone lines out here were strung by Mr. Bell himself and have not been upgraded since :laughing:)
