4. DRAWING. Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 2, 2014 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Judging Organization.
5. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a “Friendsday Night” hosted by Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark, at winner’s home, for up to eight (8) people.
