Juicy Juice (Save your winning email)

There are three members who received a winning email for a Visa gift card. The email says this:

"Congratulations! You are an instant winner in the Juicy Juice® Find Your Perfect Fit Promotion.

You have won (1) virtual Visa gift card. You will receive an email within the next 7-10 business days from the address [email protected] with a code and instructions on how to redeem your prize. Please check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss it!

Thank you for participating in our promotion. Visit juicyjuice.com for additional promotions, offers and to learn more about Juicy Juice® products.

If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]"

Instead of a Visa gift card, all that was received was a free coupon for Juicy Juice product.

I contacted through email and got this response:

"Thank you for reaching out and we will check into this matter for you. We do need to see the actual email that you received stating that you are a potential gift card winner. Please forward the actual email you received to this email address so we can look into your issue. We cannot accept copies, images and or incomplete emails.

We will respond to you in 24 – 48 hours. Please keep in mind that we will only respond Monday – Friday during business hours. "

I and others are still waiting. My point is this, always save emails or save winning pages until your prize is received. It will be the only proof you have that you have won if you are asked like I was to provide proof.
 
I am still fighting to get a $50 Visa that I won last November 11th. Same Sponsor & same Promoter. I'm not sure if it was the same Juicy Juice sweep, as there have been several. The card was to be good for 6 Mos. Nowhere, was any mention made that the activation code had to be used and the card claimed in 30 days. When I tried to activate the card at about 2 1/2Mos. the activation code from Virtual Reward Center had expired & I was told of the 30 day activation requirement. I started emailing Brand Connections and Virtual Reward Center on Feb 7th, and still don't have a new activation code.

The latest email from Brand Connections (Promoter) is that they've been told by Virtual Reward Center that they'll have a new code by tomorrow - I'm not holding my breath.
 
Got my response, seems like they do not honor their own rules for this sweepstakes. There is no doubt the email came from them, and they claim they can not verify it. It is a sad day when "Juicy Juice" destroys the integrity of their sweepstakes.

"Thank you for reaching out regarding our promotion. We checked into the matter we are unable to verify that the email below was an official notification and for that reason we can not award your prize. We cannot receive anything other the original email that our system generated and/or any other evidence of winning. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms of these Official Rules."

The rules for the current promo rules say

I got an email today with a new activation code for the $50 win from last November.

It was from a different credit card co., so I suspect it was refunded by Virtual Reward Center or paid for by the Sponsor or Promoter.

Anyhow, I'm now doing a happy dance.
