Just wondering about categories in Plus

Since people have been getting other peoples lists of sweeps when they log on to Plus, can the categories that people created for their own use be deleted by the others getting their lists? I know it isn't fixed yet but when I bring up my sweeps I have a lot of my categories showing, and some that I used a while back show also, but there is at least one that I was using all the time just before the mess up happened that isn't there. I was just wondering is someone else could have deleted it or if its not showing is just related to the rest of what is happening. :scratch: :scratch: :scratch: :scratch:
 
judge - I went from a flighty high school drop out, to being "squared away" by joining the Navy when I was a teen. BEST decision I ever made!

Anyway, there was a phrase we used: "have your ducks in a row" to remind us to CYA in any and all circumstances possible. So while I've now been out longer than I was in {11+ years in} that really stuck with me, and I have all my sweeps bookmarked. I just move them to a different folder when they expire.

I know that doesn't help you now, but maybe it explains why while I do understand and empathize, since I'm not affected by this, I'm just in wait and see mode. :crazytongue: :whistle:

I have thought about how I'd react if I was affected, and again, my years of service stand me in good stead - I'd figure out a work around in the interim, or decide it was a good time for a break, and sternly tell myself to NOT pet the sweaty things, lol! :laughing:
 
IF I have to I could probably reconstruct the category, but it would just be a major PITA!!!! :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: And no one hates a PITA more than I do! :laughing: :laughing:

Oh, I bet I come at least a close 2nd on that judge!!! PITA is one of my favorite acronyms!!! :booty"

I should have mentioned that I have NO short term memory, so the back up is kind of required for me

I truly do "enter and forget it"!!! :whistle:
 
:wave: I am feeling your anguish and hoping that the 2 categories that I lost will reappear. Bookmarking everything just seems like too much extra work to me, especially when you also have to go in and delete the expired. I barely have enough time now to get everything done.

With SweepsPop, it's a snap setting it up - just sort by expiration date, open the sweeps, then bookmark the group. If there are more than 25, break it into smaller bookmarks. Use titles like IW, Daily, etc.

What takes the time is the FB sweeps/rules that popup in the page/are on the same page as the entry form - since the rules go poof when they end, I save the info to notepad.
