Has anybody won from the following sweepstakes..... Mongo Bongo, Crazy Frame, Family Covers, or The Truth About Dating???

Ok, since nobody has answered this question....I am thinking that these sweepstakes listed are not legit...

:sunny: I personally find them somewhat questionable and spend my time entering on sites that I know are legit.

Hi -

You might change the subject title to 'Mongo Bongo, Crazy Frame Sweeps, etc.' and that will get more people to look.

Here is my own experience with these sweeps. When I first started sweeping, I looked at these sites, thought they looked 'wrong' and stayed away. Then, I thought I must be overreacting and entered on all of them for about a week. I came across some articles online about the same time that mentioned sweeps created just to get your info and when I looked closer at these, I saw no affilation of any type (no BBB, NOTHING, everything was very homeade) and often found multiple spelling errors which is red flag. Finally, the last red flag was a cooking sweeps (gastro weekly (?)) at first it looked legit because of all the reader comments and posts, but when I looked closer, everything was created one person - the admin.

Another one not on the list: max beauty

These are so similar that I've wondered if they are created by the same person.

Hope that helps.

I didn't see a product or service that they sell. So, how do they earn money to stay in business? Also, with no apparent source of income, how can they afford to give away the prizes listed in their sweeps? I passed on 'em, to questionable for me.

I 100% agree.

Ya, was thinking the same thing.. I found them through prize amigo, which does have legit sweeps. I think I am just gonna stay away.. Thanks for the feed back.. :)

one thing to remember, lots of people didn't think classic heartland and pastures of opportunity were legit until wins were posted by SA members. also, at least one of the sites being questioned (if not 2 or more) advertise Sweesptakes Advantage. I wonder why a bogus site would do that?

Good point colleenjudge :sunny:

My rule of thumb in choosing what to enter may be different than what others choose to enter for, so while I'm leery of unknown sponsors, I DID win $500 instantly from one, so I don't automatically write them off!!

Classic Heartland is not a bogus site. I have spoken with the owner. This is why they link to us.

*Ultimately there are 5000+ current sweepstakes on the site. It's your choice where you submit your entry or not. Maybe you don't like the prize, maybe you don't like the font on the page... :) Just use your own best judgement. Thank you.
