Is anyone else here rec'ing an error message when they try to submit their info to receive a code?? Something about a syntax error message :scratch:

Is this just one win per person as I am confused about the way in which the rules are stated?? I have already won the spoon rest...Maybe is that why I cannot submit my info?? :scratch:
 
The official rules are unclear as to how many prizes per person etc...However I just gleaned the following info. from their FAQ

A. There is one winner per household.

Q. How do I play the instant win game?

Q. How will I know if I'm the winner?
A. After entering your PIN number you will know immediately if you are a winner.

Q. How old do I have to be to participate?
A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.

Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?
A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
