Just got an email telling me I won a Kindle Fire HD from Amazon.com!!

I've been sweeping for a year and a half and I was beginning to get disappointed because this is one of the things I had been wanting to desperately win! Now I did!!!

I'm SO excited :)

Ah, I missed that - I was going by Kindle and most recently expired - I guess it wasn't listed or dropped off then?

beth5251 - I truly am happy for you, sorry if I sounded like sour grapes - I just like to tease my fellow sweepers!!! ;)

Once I started winning {after about 6 months of hard charging daily} I kind of became known as "The electronics queen" because I won so many ipods & xboxes {to the immense joy of my son & his friends, who were the beneficiaries} but once the ipad & kindle came out, no matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to snag one!

I did just get word I won a Blu Ray DVD System, so I can still win electronics - just not the coveted ipad & kindle :p Probably because I'd want them for me, lol!!!

Nice, I bet your son and his friends really enjoy your hobby as much as you do!! I won an Xbox over the summer, that, the Kindle Fire and an iPhone are what I've really been trying to win! So now I've only got one really big wish left on my list. Until the next big thing comes out that is!!

Congrats on the Blu Ray system!!! And fingers crossed you can snag an ipad or Kindle :)
 
Congratulations on the Kindle. I got tired of waiting and went out and bought one, love it. Now I'll probably win one.

I learned long ago to expect the unexpected, so I'll enter an IW with *lots* of prizes, where I can't win a one, and meanwhile, I'll hit a different IW with only a handful of prizes, lol!

Fingers crossed for the iPhone for you - I don't enter for those so that's 1 less in competition!

Yeah, my guys LOVE my hobby - as long as I do all the work :p - they both won stuff, but prefer gaming, so they stopped what, over a year or so ago?
 
I have the worlds WORST luck with IWs. I can never win anything from them!! And if I do it's like a coupon or something :)

I'll keep chugging along to try and get the elusive iPhone! One day!!!!
