During the Levi's Football Flyaway Sweepstakes you can complete and submit the entry form for one entry online. Make sure all your information is correct and complete so you can be notified in the event that you’re a winner!
There will also be 3 additional chances to get entries. Those additional entry opportunities are as follows:
a. App Download: Follow the links and instructions to download the Levi’s App to your mobile device to receive five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in Alternate Method: To earn additional entries without downloading the App, print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Levi's Football Flyaway Sweepstakes,” as seen in the official rules.
b. Online Profile Creation: Follow the links and instructions to create an online Levi’s account to receive two (2) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each entrant may receive two (2) additional entries during the Promotion Period via this method.
c. Twitter Share: Follow the links and instructions to click on the tweet button and then tweet the pre populated message on Twitter to receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) additional entry during the Promotion Period via this method.
Easy peasy! Now you can have several entries to win this amazing Levi's Football Flyaway Sweepstakes prize! There will be one grand prize winner chosen. Let’s take a look at that grand prize. The grand prize will be a trip for two to San Francisco, California with two nights accommodations for your stay. You’ll also get two tickets to 501 Club for the San Francisco vs Indianapolis game! Watch the game in style! You’ll also receive a $300 prepaid card as well as a $500 Levi’s gift Card. So you can look nice and dapper in your Levi’s jeans as you watch the game. Eligibility
So, who can enter the Levi's Football Flyaway Sweepstakes? The sweep is open to residents of the 50 United States of America who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Levi’s as well as immediate family members of employees are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes begins on September 17, 2021 and ends on October 4, 2021. I hope you all will take the time to enter this amazing sweepstakes and treat yourself to a truly special weekend in San Francisco!
