Live Nation Redemption Problem

I must be an idiot....This is my 1st expierence with Live Nation....Tried to use the code I won to order some merchandise and the order will not go thru :scratch:

Has anyone else here had an issue with ordering/or codes they won from the Coke Sweepstakes game...I keep rec'ing a message about a remaining balance??? They never state what the remaining balance is??I have ordered under the $100 amount to make sure I have enough to cover any shipping/handling/taxes etc....but, as of now there is free shipping until Jan.5th Tax is not showing up on my order and it should be as I read the faq section the and the state I live in is supposed to be taxed...Here we go with another coke fiasco again?? or is it the live nation site??

Of course customer support is closed until monday morning...trying to get an order in before the items I want are no longer availabe and the free shipping offer concludes....

Can anyone here shed some light on this for me please??
 
yes I had some problems like that so I called and did it on the phone, then they said they can't do them on the phone anymore, so I did the next one online and it kept doing that, so called and they said you have to pay shipping yourself, If you read the rules about the gift code it says shipping is not included, so that is probably your remaining balance, anyway good luck and hope that helps
