loooooong term sweeps

Been wondering about this for awhile. I prefer dailies with short term expiration but the really big ones often go for many months. With dailies that go on for so long how regularly do you enter? Do you keep at them for the duration?I don't do them everyday but even then I sometimes just get tired of entering the same site and give up--and then get mad at myself.

I hit them a couple times a week. If im in a sweeping mood. If not I might hit them a few times every couple of weeks until its like a month or so before they expire then I get em everyday.

look at it this way ,it takes only one entry into a sweep to win but the more you have a chance to enter the better those odds. for a sweep I like, I keep with it but if I don't have time ,no problem as long as I have my one entry that might win :sunny:

:sunny: Most of the longer term sweeps are for bigger prizes. The more you enter the better your chances, even if it is still a slim chance. Once I have entered a sweep into my dailys, I do try to enter them everyday until it is over. As Lee as stated it only takes 1. It would have to be a very lucky 1, but it does happen.

I'm fairly new at this as been entering just since January. I put all the dailies I want to win in a folder and I enter them every single day no matter what. I also do this with the IW's and the dailies with smaller prizes that I want to win. I keep telling myself I should take a day off but haven't yet. I'm persistent.

this is great if you feel that sweeping is overwhelming that is when a person should take a break or do less, everyone is different and can tolerate different things. There are people who enjoy entering 500+ sweeps a day and some that get frustrated. Always have fun,and go for those things you want,remembering it takes time to win and you may not win for a long time or you may have wins every day. :cheers:
