M & M's instant win issues?

The past two days this instant hasnt worked for me, is anyone else having problems? I log in, choose the color I want to vote for and then when I click on the vote button, it just keeps taking me back to the birthdate page, over and over......am I missing something? :scratch:

I haven't had any problem. I would urge you to clear your browser cache, cookies, ect. Sometimes doing so can make all the difference in the world. BTW, Only thing that bothers me about that Sweep/IWG is that it takes so long to load!

I hsve just now started having the same problem?? My laptop crashed the other day so I went out and purchased another laptop and am now not able to play the M and M game :scratch: :cussing: :cry:

My other laptop had Vista and the game worked fine but I was using firefox to play the game not IE/ my new laptop is running windows 7 with IE 8....Could this be the issue I wonder?? Does anyone else have a suggestion?? Is anyone using firefox and able to play the game?? Maybe I should try installing firefox on my new laptop?? I even tried playing on my desktop with Windows XP and rec'd the message from the M and M game site that my browser was too old to play??

I cannot play on this computer which has IE and Vista (does the same thing--circles back to the birth date each time). I can play on my netbook which has IE and XP. Otherwise there is no difference on the computers. All cookie options are the same, all virus protection is the same.

I did send M&Ms a note and got back an incredibly long solution which involved deleting cookies and a bunch of other stuff--all of which I had already tried. I apologize because I deleted that email from them, and just checked my trash folder and it's been purged already.

So I wonder if it's an IE/Vista problem somehow?

Finally am getting to play the game now...I downloaded and installed firefox browser and installed the latest macromedia player (adobe I think??) also installed the latest version of java...I did all of this on my new laptop which I just purchased this past weekend which the operating system is windows 7 premium home edition....

Try firefox browser if you haven't done so already and see if that will help...
