Meijer Paperwork???

Have ta fill out release forms and an IRS Form W-9 for a $25 gift card??? Have to have forms back to them by the 2oth of February...Doesn't leave much time to send via snail mail....Suppose I will be faxing it off next week....Upon receipt of the forms they will send out the gift card with signature required... That's alot to go thru for a measley $25 gift card :scratch:

That is odd, as I received a surprise $50 card from them a couple of months ago with no paperwork.
Maybe it's something new for this year.
