that's the response i got when i contacted them. I have a code. It keeps saying incorrect when i type it in.

I got the same thing today. I won a year supply of milk bone dog biscuits and the code they gave me didn't work.

i just won a year's supply of milk-bone dog snacks and the winning code they gave me keeps coming back as incorrect.
 
Almost thought I won this morning after entering, but discovered it took we to the 'code entry page' where they show an example of the 'congratulations ticket' found in MilkBone packages.
