Just wanted to say a quick 'HI!' to everyone and let you know that I am thinking about you all! I am so busy right now that I don't know which end is up :laughing: Travis' graduation is tonight and we still have three more days of the yard sale ~ hopefully then I will be able to sit down and post!!

How is your yard sale going? I hate having them out here, decided never to try again. I loved having them in the city but, I especially love going to one.
 
Yard sale is TERRIBLE!! I haven't ever had one this bad! We always (all family members included) make about 2,000 ~ 3,000 dollars. So far I bet that we haven't made 500.00 all together. What is so sad is that these are some really nice clothes of Momma's and my nieces that we are selling (plus other junk of course!) You just can't hardly give stuff away. Tomorrow I am going to make a freebie table for some of the stuff ~ then I am gonna donate the nicer stuff to the Baptist Association and hope that someone gets some use out of it. Momma spent so much money on clothes that it would be ashame to let them ruin!

I think I have sold a whopping 30 dollars so far! Between eating out and supplies I am about $100.00 in the hole right now!!

That just goes to show you how bad the ecomony is right now!!
 
Oh that sucks! In CA I always made between $100-$300 a weekend just myself having a sale but, out here? I tried 3 or 4 times to have a sale and the most I made once was $40 in one whole weekend. The next was maybe $15!! I know I am in the country but, I live on a busy road, my house use to be a store (in the front) and there is so much traffic that you would think I would have had more people. I donated and gave away everything I had for another sale, won't do it again. Sorry yours isn't going well.

Sorry about the yard sale. I hope it gets better. I've been scoping them out all weekend and am finding lots of nice stuff.
