My Coke Rewards--My biggest (potential) win EVER!!!

I've received an email notification from MCR saying that I'm the potential winner of a $5000 Best Buy gift card! I mailed the affidavit by certified mail which is expected to be delivered tomorrow. Does the receipt of the affidavit change me to the actual winner? The email said it would be another 8-10 weeks before I receive the gift card.

Anyway, I've been doing sweeps for 5 or 6 years and have won a song download, a loaf of bread, a KFC gift certificate, a video game download, $50 worth of toys from Hasbro, scrapbooking supplies, and a chair from Bombay Company. I don't have as much time to devote to sweeps as I used to, so I mostly do MCR and Disney World/Orlando sweeps. I haven't won anything from a sweepstakes in well over a year. Well, back in October I won about 90 MCR points from the McDonald's Monopoly game. I also had a balance of points I'd been saving waiting for MCR to post another Disney World sweeps. But I decided I'd go ahead and spend some. I picked Best Buy because my range and dishwasher are both 20 years old and I figured if I won I could get both and a new refrigerator to boot.

Well, here it is 2 months later and I'm ecstatic! My husband said he'll never give me a hard time for saving caps and digging through the trash to tear off the codes from the 12-pack boxes.

Anyone else reading this had a big win from MCR?
 
Congratulations, I personally haven't won anything on an MCR sweepstake but I had my first big win about two weeks ago, it sure put me in a daze, I've wandered around for the last two weeks feeling like I need to pinch myself, I'm sure you're feeling a bit the same?? Enjoy your new appliances, it's a great win.
 
OMG!!! That is flippin awesome!!!!!!!! I always enter those and it's cool to hear someone winning the ones you really want to win!!!! That could buy some awesome stuff!!!!!! Enjoy it for sure!!!!
 
WOWZA!!!!! Now that's a way to end the year!!!! How exciting!!! You just gave me hope. I enter MCR sweeps, but never see anyone win the big sweeps, only the instants. This win is such an inspiration plus I'm like you; I'll dig thru the recycle bins at the grocery stores for Coke Sweepstakes reward codes. Wait till I tell my hubby about your win. He laughs at me when I dig for codes. WOW! Now you can get those nice appliances you need. What a blessing! Congratulations and enjoy this incredible win :thewave:
