My Saved Sweepstakes

When I click on My Saved Sweepstakes, nothing happens. Is there a problem with the site or has this feature been eliminated?

Same here! :scratch: I thought it was just me. I hope they aren't discontinuing this feature.

I do not have any problem seeing My Sweepstakes in Sweeps Plus today. Maybe work is being done in SA? Sometimes, there are temporary problems while site upgrades are underway.

I just brought your question to the Admin's attention and hopefully he will see it and respond soon.

Thanks for contacting SA. I contacted them and was instructed to log out and clean Temp files and log back in, I did but to no avail. I'm not stressing I'm sure it will be fixed ASAP. Now, if after a few days with the same outcome then I will be a "bit" peeved. Everything worked fine yesterday. :scratch:

I'm having the same problem. Keeps kicking me back to the start page whenever I try to get to "My Sweepstakes"

I also can not use the "My Sweepstakes" feature. I am wondering if we need to subscribe to "Plus"? Right now I just can not afford to subscribe to that. I am hoping that it is not the case.

We did make a sitewide change for speed a day ago but you should be having troubles with the whole site if that was it. Can any of you tell me what web browser you are using and the version?

If it helps any Ken, I use windows 7 w/ IE and I have NOT had any problems.

No one is replying so the problem may have resolved itself. It seems all the members that had the problem were AOL subscribers. AOL caches their internet connection and I think they had a bad copy of the My Sweepstakes page in their cache.

Thank you so much for posting the links to each section. I use IE 8 and AOL and when I click MY Sweepstakes it still sends me back to the home page. I went ahead and bookmarked each link to use until or if AOL fixes the issue. Again, thanks so much. :wave:

I had the same problem with my sweeps on the 17th using IE8. I cleared cookies, etc and restarted. Have had no problem since.

i am not having any problems with my saved sweeps. but when i enter a facebook contest and it is a daily, where is it saved so i can enter it again? :wave:
