Need to find "old" New Sweeps

I was away for a few weeks and am catching up on the New Sweepstakes. But I'm missing a few dates on the New Sweeps page and can't figure out how to get to those dates. I need 10/30 through 11/2. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I find it easier to go to each category, sort by date added, then I C&P Entry Date to "Find" in FF & hit "NEXT" and only have to look at the unmarked SWEEPSCHECK's :headbang:


fyi - I keep going even when I find a marked SWEEPSCHECK JIC - usually a sweeps will be added after I checked - ie; I check on 11/14 and look again on 11/15 and will find one I missed that was added on 11/14 after I looked :laughing:

Seems that all sweeps added between 10/25 and 11/2 are missing in the categories I checked -- Daily, Instant, One Entry. I'm confused.

You're right - I just checked the Daily Sweeps. I sorted by Dated Added, Ascending. Page 26 has a sweep added on 10-25-10 followed by sweeps added 11-02-10. There is a gap as you said.


I also tried using Powersearch for date added and no sweeps came up either.

There are actually no daily sweepstakes in the database that were added between 10-26 and 11-01 . When you start hitting that 14 to 15 days or older you start losing sweepstakes especially in the case of daily entry sweepstakes because we add far fewer of those than 1 entry. ( still looking at this though )

The other thing is that when we have to edit a sweepstakes after it's added to the system it changes the date added to 08-01. ( this is a bug that I need to fix )

If only I had saved all the newsletters that came while I was gone! But I deleted them thinking I would just be able to access all the dates I was away at the website. So, is there a possibility to getting the newsletters from 10/30 to 11/2 resent to me?

Pretty sure there is a bug in the system that is causing the problem for these dates that I'll fix going forward. Here is the link to the newsletter archive: http://www.aweber.com/z/article/?sweepsadvantage

We have to edit lots of sweepstakes even after they go live and the system is incorrectly flagging the date added as "08-01" . We'll fix this.

pwdeb, This is not quite the same, but what I do when I have missed a few days here and there is to pull up a category and sort by Expiration Date. That way, I feel like I get to the most time-sensitive sweeps first, and only the categories that interest me. I fell like I cover everything that way, eventually. It's like approaching the same task from a different angle.

Those newsletter links are old. They are only good for that week.
