Has anyone actually gotten their bookcash yet? The rules say prizes will be distributed throughout the promotion, but my sister won in August and hasn't gotten anything yet.

I won two. The first on July 25 and the second on 0ct. 16. I haven't received either one. They're giving away $5,000 every month too. Did anyone win that?
