New "Top of Page" Option

We list a ton-of-sweeps. The pages can get very long. Today with a recommendation from one of our long-time members
we added a "top of page" button at the bottom of all of our pages for sweepsadvantage.com and sweepstakesplus.com sites.

If you click this button your web browser will take you back to the top of the page where the main menu is.
