Newport win?

I was playing the instant win part of the newport instant win game and got a blackjack and the screen froze. Did I win?
I took a screen shot but I don't know how to post it here. I can not find anyway to contact them in regards to this. If anyone can help me with this or tell me if I won please let me know. The rules said I would get an instant win screen but since it froze this didn't happen. I had a Jack and an Ace by the way.

Most likely an entry into the sweepstakes. I happens to me every time I play that game. Beat the dealer twice and every time it freezes so I just let it sit there until it finally goes to the the next screen. And it always says I've earned an entry into the sweeps.
 
Not playing this, but rules say:

Regardless of what appears on screen for participant, the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization as to whether a given Game Play yields (1) Internet entry are final and binding in all respects.

The object of the Newport Pleasure Draw Blackjack Game is to get blackjack game cards that have a combined total number that is higher than the Dealer's blackjack game cards without going over 21 points.

Once you have completed your Game Play, you may receive an Instant Winner Message. If you receive an Instant Winner Message, you will receive an email notification from Centra Marketing & Communications and you will be required to provide your complete name and address and you may be an Instant Winner of a Grand Prize, subject to verification. If you do not receive an Instant Winner Message, you are not an Instant Winner and your Game Play will be entered into the Grand Prize Random Drawing.

Which sounds like you ONLY see the message if you win, and you'll get an email, so as long as your entry goes thru.

Looks like the 21 game is just for the drawing part:

GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS: All mail-in entries, non-Instant Winner Internet/Wireless entries, and call-in entries and Internet entries that are not age verified and do not have a PIN at the time of the call or Game Play will be combined and up to (25) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a Random Drawing from among all eligible mail-in and applicable call-in and Internet/Wireless entries received.

So many sweeps give you an entry as long as you login daily, we aren't used to these odd duck ones! :crazytongue:
 
According to the rules...you also get 1 phone-in entry/instant win chance, per Newport user #. I've already used mine and I believe it's similar to the blackjack game because they didn't really say 'Sorry, Not a winner' just a 'Thanks and good luck' which I assume means not a winner.
