I won "The Last Stand" form [email protected] once I return the affidavit. I am a little skeptical of sending DOB & SSN for a movie. Has anyone else ever won from NextMovie?

Hi. I won from them and I had to give my SSN and DOB for 2 DVDs and a poster. I didn't have any problems. And it comes Fedex and you have to sign for it.

I won from them awhile ago & they sent me my movie with no problems, its an MTV company I believe. You could always write them & ask if you can fill out everything except for your SSN.
