Nice Sobe Win!

I called the number in the rules yesterday (1-800-316-0299) and inquired, the said they would have a supervisor email as she sounded surprised I had not received it after so long. Will keep you posted.

Have you heard back from them yet? Did you get a confirmation email or anything from them when you won? I was looking back through my emails and couldn't find anything. It's odd because I always try and save anything like that just in case...
 
I did not get a confirmation either, but I did log the date and time I won. (Back in June). I called again today to inquire, and they said they would expedite it to the supervisor again. He told me to wait 2 weeks if I dont hear anything to call back again....Anyone else having issues?

I called too and haven't heard anything back from them. I went to thier Facebook page and it looks like there are a bunch of other people who are having the same problem.
 
I won several coupons for free Sobe's and received 2 of them. Also won a Tshirt and Jacket and have not received them. If you go to their website you'll see that a lot of people are having problems and apparantly when they call they are told there is no record of their win. Hope it's not a problem. :nono:

That's what they told me too. They said that a supervisor would look into it and email me. I'll probably never hear back from them...
 
Called again, told me to wait a few more weeks to check in again. She saw last inquiry but still no updates available and not showing win. hmph
