nintendo ds game

I won a game not the system and recieved an email saying it would ship by I think aug 1st or the 3rd. It was one of those two dates but I cant find the email. I won a game on june 29th. congrats and good luck

did you get any mention of the video ipod? I won that same sweep and also received the camera and the itunes card - last fri- but not the video ipod that was also a part of the prize. There was no mention of the missing ipod. The page in the box only mentioned the camera and the itunes card and that the package was to be insured for $550 but the prize was a $1000 prize and no mention of the video ipod.I was waiting to see if another package would come- I am thinking about looking up their info and contacting them that only part of the prize came ...
 
I received a winning message too for a Nintendo ds game system from Ball Park Franks. I went to the site and supplied them with my name and address. But the site said something about having to submit an affidavit of eligibility before receiving my prize? Did anyone else encounter this? It's been close to a week now and no word about when to expect the system and I haven't received an affidavit to complete.

Is the affy in the email? maybe you have to download if from there. double check the email. good luck to ya.
 
was the winner under 18? If so then an affidavit will be mailed and you will need to have the minor fill it out then have a guardian fill out their part and have it notorized- then mail it back
 
Sorry for the delay to your replay Taz....I think I'll email them; I didn't receive the video ipod, nor the $1,000 cash either, it was insured for $500. Thanks for the info, good luck to ya all!
 
I found their phone number from their website and yesterday talked to someone who was very helpful. He left a message later in the day to just keep me updated that he is looking into my situation for me. I got a call back today - he confirmed that the ipod was being mailed separately and should be coming within 2 weeks and to call back if it doesn't arrive and they will then do a package trace. As for the cash-I can't help you there- I won during the first promotion and unfortunately they did not have the 1,000 cash prize then...
