Woo Hoo - Side note story local radio station in s. fl WRMF 97.9 has a phrase that pays contest and I am at a lot of their local remotes and know a lot of people about two weeks ago though they have trivia contest in the morning. I got through as the last player questions was T or F Brittney Spears is comming out with a closing line. I quickly googled this and saw she did do certain things for one I said T the radio DJ said False. They said I loose. Well I emailed them about this and they asked for proof so I sent them the links to the sites for the steps that she had taken and they dedcided to award me the prize. Well it included 2 tickets to see Christina Aquilara in a corporate suite, a vip table at a bar which they do a live remote from and some other prize.
Well fast forward a week later my mother gets the call for the phrase that pays - well they asked for my father first and she said he was not at home and they asked her the phrase. She gave it and it was Woo Hoo you won 1,000.00. Well 10 min later the program director gets on the phone and says sorry you don't get it because someone in your household one a prize valued over 100 and your disqualified for 90 days. So I tried to give her the money which she would not take. Now I did buy her very good seats to Clay Aiken "I know, I know" but she loves him and she said that made up for it. But I think now these airline tickets definetly make up for it.
