Not Winning

I can't seem to win lately...I'm feeling very down and discouraged. I look everyday for the mailman, the fed ex truck, anyone? but no one comes and the phone doesn't ring with a win. I'm entering massive numbers of sweeps and spending enough hours a week to make it a part time job. A while back over the summer I was having some wins, gift cards here and there, a trip to Phx, and it kept me going but this fall NOTHING! not even a bag of skittles...I would put this on the whiners wall but I can't find how to post there, I have a link to it but can't post. I must be doing something wrong or be having bad luck. I need some positive mojo coming my way. I really want to keep sweeping but I'm getting depressed. Come on, throw me bone and help me win one sweeps goddess!

Everyone who enter sweeps eventually has two things. 1) wins 2) dry spells . My advise, as I have been through both, is to continue entering. If you get tired of it, then take a break. It's suppose to be fun and not like a day job.

I hope it helps everyone to whine and to bring them good luck. I get so down when I don't win and feel like I'm putting in so much effort and not getting the return. I can't quit though but wonder when is my time? Why am I not having wins coming in? Even little ones although big ones would be better. I am truly happy for everyone who wins and I wonder how people have these 3 or 4 wins in one day. I would love that for myself. I can't put anymore time into sweeping, it's already apart time 30 plus hour a week job for me. I'm depressed and hoping and wanting some wins to brighten my spirit and day and holidays. I just need to keep on and hopefully get some encouragement and good news and wins!

Ah, what you could try travelport? Taking a break. Or at least cutting down - the fastest path to complete burnout is to keep at it when your return is so small, if at all.

I'd do the break for a few days, then slowly get back into it - maybe go through and weed out some you aren't completely crazy for, then change up the order/time of day you enter.

I got caught up recently in the forums - so much so I missed entering for a few days, then I got some good wins! I don't allow myself to get into a rut - some days I enter IW's last, or first, but I try not to do them the same way every day - it has the added bonus of not being boring that way!

If you can, take some "me" time - read a book, take a bath - anything to stop feeling like this hobby is a job!!! :sunny:

I agree with Amy, take a little break. :sunny: I have done this a few times when I get down that I am entering so many sweeps and I don't see anything. It helps to take a day or 2 off once in awhile. Then you come back refreshed and excited again. Sending good thoughts and luck your way! Stay postive! :sunny:

Cheer up Doll, when i enter these sweeps I don't plan on a win. I log on, go on my site enter, and then everyday when i log into
my email hope for a win. I figure I haven't had many wins, but if I keep entering I still have a chance.

You have had amazing wins, last year I had 10 bags of halls ( which I need the\is year) and a $5.00 GC

I don't do well with instants no matter what time i do them. At least you did win at one point, some members on here
never win at all.
