Obama's tax plan for small businesses

It sure sounds good to me.. I think the Access to a Low-cost National Health Exchange is a great idea and Small Business Health Tax Credit will both really help small businesses afford to offer health insurance to their employees. I also thinks its great that they are concerned about small business owned by women..

Invest in Women-Owned Small Businesses: Women are majority owners of more than 28 percent of U.S.
businesses, but lead less than 4 percent of venture capital-backed firms. Women business owners are more
likely than white male business owners to have their loan applications denied. Barack Obama and Joe Biden
encourage investment in women-owned businesses, providing more support to women business owners and
reducing discrimination in lending. To create greater opportunities for women business owners who would like
to do business with the federal government, Obama and Biden will implement the Women Owned Business
contracting program that was signed into law by President Bill Clinton, but has yet to be implemented by the
Bush Administration

I really love Fact check..
I Think Obama's tax plan is the best by far. The middle class need a break.

I've been meaning to post McCain's tax plan as well, but have been so busy with work, home, and school stuff. I've read where it will end up costing employees and employers more in the long run, but have yet to check the validity of that. I saw a breakdown of his plan on another site but will have to find it.

I'm independent as well and I agree...picking the lesser of two evils is horrible. I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of both candidates and VPs. I'd rather say to hell with it and not vote but can't in good conscience do that, although picking cat hairs off of my son's new, black Vans hoodie sounds more appealing right now

Article from washington post~~ from nonpartisan Tax Policy Center ~~ http://blog.washingtonpost.com/the-trail/2008/06/12/mccains_tax_plan_aids_wealthy.html

An analysis of both campaigns proposals by the Washington-based, nonpartisan Tax Policy Center found that for people with incomes between $66,354 and $111,645, Obama's proposals would cut their taxes by more than $1000, compared to around $300 under McCain's plan. But for Americans with incomes above $603,402, Obama would raise their taxes dramatically, by more than $115,000 a year, while McCain would cut them by $45,000.

A Updated Analysis of the 2008 Presidential Candidates’ Tax Plans http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/UploadedPDF/411750_updated_candidates_summary.pdf they have some really good graphs if you scroll down.. Its much easier to understand the graphs. for me anyway

Thanks for that...and the graphs  My head is so cloudy today that I can't decipher the bs from the truth or anything in between LOL I guess it's what I get for sleeping outside in the tent Saturday night and sleeping with my head directly in front of the fan last night.
