Pace win but not really!

I won a coupon yesterday for salsa and I was unable to print it so I emailed them like I have before and they usually just mail me a coupon but this time I got this email from them:

We received your message and appreciate your taking the time to contact Campbell Soup Company.

Unfortunately, throughout the duration of the Pace Hand Pick and Win promotion, the Consumer Response Center can only grant one coupon per consumer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Now did they change the rules to one per person? Not sure what happened but oh well!
 
In the beginning they also sent me many coupons because I couldn't print mine either. I got this same message a couple months ago after contacting them for another coupon.
 
ditto... they have mailed me coupons at first but would not the last couple times that the program locked up my computer
 
Sorry to hear about the no win---I don't even play that one since I don't have a printer connected to my laptop.
