I am so sorry if I am posting this is the wrong place. A couple of months ago when I came onto the site it would not let me on but said forbidden. I restarted my computer and could get on. I would like to use my new computer as it is update. I wanted to change my password but cannot remember it. Is there a way to retrieve it?
