phone call from Fed-Ex

Just got a phone call from Fed-Ex giving me a tracking number for a package that needs to be signed for that is to be delivered tomorrow. I checked the tracking number and it is coming out of St. Paul MN and weighs 1 lb. Anyone know if there is a prize fulfillment company in St. Paul? and did anyone else get a call today like this? :scratch: sure hope it is something good .... I could use some good news!!
 
I'm not positive but I think that is where my Lipton GC came from when I received it last year. Good luck. Hope it's something good!!
 
One of the win lists that someone posted (sorry I forgot who but you are truely appreciated) had my husbands first name and our last initial and our state on it for $150 visa gift card (or something like that). We haven't received it (if it was in fact him) so hoping maybe that is what it is. Money is always so welcome! good luck all!

I just checked the Fed-Ex website again this morning to check if it was on schedule, and yes it originated in St. Cloud, not St. Paul. Waiting waiting waiting! :laughing: :laughing:
 
Fed-Ex just left :) He brought my husbands $50 visa card from Coke Sweepstakes Rewards The Big Game Challenge IW, which he hadn't even told me he won (or it was so long ago I forgot he told me). At any rate :blob: it was a nice suprise! Love those cash wins!! :laughing:
 
Just got my $50 Visa card too. They must have paid a huge shipping bill just to send these out to people. At least we are all finally getting them. Congrat's to all other winners! :sunny:

Was that Coke win from the *Text and Win* game?
They have so many going on right now, I had to ask. I texted a code and got a reply back that I had won $20, but I deleted the text thinking it was junkmail. LOL. I later put two & two together. But the curiousity never goes away, LOL. :crazytongue:
 
Congrats on everyone's win. Just curious when does Fedex (or even UPS) call you before trying to make a delivery? Normally they don't. Is that something that the sender or you have to make a special request to have done?

I always wonder what can be done if you go on vacation for a couple weeks if there is a way to have Fedex or UPS hold any unexpected deliveries rather than returning to sender after a few attempts to deliver. Or worse yet leaving it on your doorstep for someone to steal or blow away in the wind. Once I had a Fedex overnight envelope left on doorstep with no attempt to get my signature.
 
When Fed-Ex called me they said they were making a delivery the next day that required a signature and gave me the tracking number, (it was a recording). But I have also gotten deliveries that required a signature and they didn't call ahead of time.
